2. How to use it
① Sulfur the material twice (150 ℃ / 1-2 hours) and clean the surface.
② After the ink is taken out from the refrigerator, it needs to wait for the ink temperature to return to room temperature or close to room temperature before it can be used. Add 1-1.2% cat-spl-7 catalyst, stir evenly, if the viscosity is too high, add odorless kerosene to adjust to the appropriate viscosity for screen printing, pad printing or dot printing.
③ After standing in a dust-free environment for 5-10 minutes, vulcanization was carried out.
④ Bake at 90-120 ℃ for 30-40 minutes and vulcanize for 60 minutes if necessary.
3. Storage conditions
Sealed cold storage temperature: 0 ~ 10 ℃, humidity: 55% ~ 85%, waterproof, leak proof, sun proof, high temperature proof, far away from fire source.
4. How to use it
① The product should be stirred well after opening the can.
② It is suggested that the operating room should be dust-free workshop, the temperature should be controlled below 24 ℃ and the humidity should be 55% - 75%. Too low humidity is easy to cause static electricity of ink and poor printing appearance.
③ The product to be printed should be dusted before printing to avoid bumps (impurities) on the font or pattern after printing
④ Please pay attention to refrigerate the ink. The unused ink should be sealed and put into the refrigerator immediately.
⑤ The product must be used under the condition of good ventilation to avoid large amount of inhalation by human body during the construction process, and it is forbidden to eat.
