screen printing high density silicone ink XG-866AH:Print clear layer for two(add 3g catalyst Xg-866B-2 with 100g high density silicone ink XG-866AH,add 10g silicone reducer XG-128AH)
Screen printing color layer:add 3g catalyst Xg-866B-2 with 100g high density silicone ink XG-866AH,add 10g reflective silicone pigment,10g silicone reducer XG-128AH,mix them thoroughly.Please flash every print layer before next print.We advise flash temperature 100℃,flash time for 10seconds.
Screen printing glossy silicone ink XG-399-2:add 10g catalyst XG-MB-1 with 100g silicone ink XG-399-2,add 10g silicone reducer XG-128AH.We advise screen printing glossy silicone ink for one or two layers.Please flash the silicone ink in five minutes after screen printing.
Bake the printed garment in closed oven by five to ten minutes,100-110℃.(or flash them dry on table oven.)
