-Make the mold by the artwork of logo.
-Set up the programme for dispenser according to the mold artwork.
-Start mold machine.Let the mold heat up.Please set the upper mold at 180℃,lower mold at 120℃. Press time:20 seconds. The press time will be different according to the heat transfer size.If the silicone logo is large,high thickness,you press too long.
-Mixing 100g mold silicone XG-360W-1with 10g slow catalyst XG-360WB-3,10g silicone pigment,50g mold thinner XG-1000.Please be careful.Don't mistake the silicone thinner XG-128AH with mold thinner XG-1000.They are different.The silicone thinner XG-128AH from YR silicone is used for screen printing.It's made of solvent.But the mold thinner XG-1000 is made of silicne oil.It's used for dispenser to dip the mold silicone XG-360W-1 on the mold.
-After dispensing the mold silicone on the mold,please cut the hot melt film and place the glue film on mold.
-After pressing the mold,it's very hot.Don't touch the mold with finger.You must use one shovel to pick up the mold on the cooling machine.After the mold cooling down,please pack the heat tranfers with adhesive film.
-You use the stamp machine to press the heat transfers on fabric or t shirt,hoodie,socks,etc.




However, when it comes to achieving a 3-day curing time, manufacturers have found that the use of certain retarder ET-001 is necessary. These accelerators, typically organic peroxides, help to reduce the curing time and improve productivity.If you add 1% retarder from YR silicone,you can get longer work life,increasing one hour.Don't add more retarder XG-1000 in the silicone ink base.Because the retarder will make the mold silicone XG-360W-1 very slow cure.
Once all the necessary additives are mixed into the silicone, it is then ready to be applied using an automatic dispensing machine. This ensures precise application and consistent results.
