Socks silicone XG-15A is clear silicone rubber liquid.It's high viscosity silicone product for screen printing.It's cured by platinum catalyst at 120℃.In order to avoid bubbles,please vacuumize the silicone ink after mixed catalyst.We advise you flash the socks silicone at low temperature 80℃,about 10seconds.Then you bake the printed socks at 120℃ with automatic oven.It will be cured thoroughly.
Regarding to custom socks,you can print the silicone based ink with multi-color.Please add color pigment with 10% by the weight of silicone ink base.
If you print socks with metal plate,you only print one color.
Plate thickness can be 0.5,0.6,0.8,1.0mm,etc.
