Print high density silicone ink XG-866AH,add 3g catalyst XG-866B-2 with 100g silicone ink XG-866AH,adding 10g silicone reducer XG-128AH.
Print the clear silicone ink for two times.
Flash every time surface dry with table oven.
You need press the cotton garment after screen printing silicone ink for two times.
Why do you need press the cotton garment during silicone ink printing?Because the cotton garment is not flat.
After pressing the silicone ink layer with press machine,please print the clear silicone paste two times.Then you print the white silicone ink.
How do you mix white color with silicone ink?
We advise you add 15g white color with 100g silicone ink XG-866AH,mixing them well,then mixing 3g or 4g catalyst XG-866B-2 with white silicone ink,mixing them thoroughly,then adding 10g reducer.Please print the white silicone ink for four times.
How do we print multi color with silicone ink in one design?
You need make several kinds of mesh.It's known that one design has many parts.One part of design must make one mesh.We advise you print white color with one mesh firstly.Then you can print other color with different mesh.
When you finish printing all parts of design,please place the product in oven,baking 5-10minutes at 100℃.
