Puff silicone ,also known as low heat cure silicone ink,is composed of silicone ink base,curing agent and puff powder in a ratio of 100:3.It's yellow silicone paste.You can add color pigment in the silicone ink base to print the colorful pattern with 3D effect.After foaming,it becomes a soft and environmentally friendly elastic material.It has a good wash,high fastness on garment.
Screen printing puff silicone tips:
*1.Mix 100g high density silicone ink XG-866AH with 3g curing agent XG-866B-2,10g reducer XG-128AH.Print three times.Flash every print for surface dry at 100-120℃,10seconds.
*2.Mix 100g puff silicone XG-866ARP with 3g XG-866B-2,10g purple pigment XG-401,10g XG-128AH.Print 4times.Flash every print for surface dry at 100-120℃,10seconds.
*3.After screen printing puff silicone,you can make the puff silicone cured thoroughly by heat press machine.Press temperature :150-160℃.Press time:15-20seconds.

Screen printing puff silicone can be used by machine and printing table.
When you use automatic machine to print puff silicone,you need add slow catalyst XG-866B-1.Because the printing table is high temperature,the silicone ink will be cured fast.The work life will be shorter,about 2 hours.If you add slow catalyst,the work life can be 6 hours.The surface dry is very slow.Hence,the silicone ink cann't block mesh.
During puff printing,first step:you must print soft high density silicone.Second step:you mix 100g puff silicone with 3g catalyst, 10g color pigment,thinner.You only print 4 times.Don't print above 4 times.
The automatic machine can have 6 printing heads,12 printing heads,36printing heads,etc.Please set up the oven temperation 110℃,baking time 8-9 seconds.
If the silicone ink is too fast dry,please turn off the baking oven near printing heads.You can also lower the baking temperature near printing heads.The low baking temperature can avoid the bubbles during screen printing ink.
The mesh must be often clean after screen printing.If you find blocking mesh during printing,please use thinner XG-128AH to clean the mesh.
Don't forget baking the puff product at 130℃,baking about 5-10 minutes.
