It has superb soft puff silicone XG-866ARP and excellent flatness silicone XG-866P.They use the same platinum catalyst XG-866B-2.We advise add 100g XG-866ARP or 866P with 3g catalyst XG-866B-2,10g red pigment XG-302(we have all kinds of silicone pigment for you),10g silicone reducer XG-128AH-it's made of 100% silicone oil and thinner.It's eco-friendly reducer.It meets ADRSL,NIKE RSL,REACh.

You can wash your mesh plate and squeegee with the silicone reducer XG-128AH.It has no odor.
If you want to print the best puff design with 3D,please print the silicone product with good flowability for undercoating.We promote the silicone printing ink XG-866A-2Y.It's called round corner silicone,transfer silicone.It has the best flowability and elasticity.It's highly transparent screen printing ink.It's high viscosity.When you print the silicone XG-866A-2Y,please add 10% silicone thinner XG-128AH to reduce its viscosity.
We advise you print silicone ink with 120mesh plate-48T.

Tips for screen printing puff ink:
1.Print undercoating silicone XG-866A-2Y for 4-5 times.
2.Print puff silicone XG-866ARP for 3times.
3.Please bake the puff ink at 130℃,5minutes,or press the printed puff design by heat press machine at 170℃,30seconds.
