High density ink-high density screen printing for clothing design.Generally,you need print the thick ink layer by layer,and stack the silicone ink layer after layer to achieve high density prints.You can raise the print above the fabric by up to 3 mm(1/8 inch).Special"silicone based ink"(primer-silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3X or XG-360Z-3 applied to a silkscreen can block out areas of a screen where you don't want ink printed,i.e everywhere your design) is used on screen printing to aid in laying down a thick layer of ink-HD ink.The silicone product XG-360Z-3X will improve the adhesive strength of silicone layer.Every screen printing ink layer need be heated for surface dry at 120℃,about 10 seconds with table oven or dryer,and print ink again.The process is repeated till you get the desired print height.We promote you high density silicone XG-866A( it's formulated for automatic screen printing machine such as this rotary automatic press ROQPRINT YOU or ROQPRINT NEXT from Vastex and screen printing equipment from M&R) and manual print silicone XG-866AH(you can print the ink on screen printing table or semi-automatic equipment.They are cured by platinum catalyst XG-866B-2.Please add catalyst 2-4% by the weight of ink base.The two kinds of silicone printing ink are high density ink.They have different features.If you are looking for high density screen printing product,please contact us for free sample for trial.

We have seen some great uses of high density ink over years ,such as major brands,NIKE,PUMA,ADIDAS.High density prints are pretty impressive.

Glossy ink-XG-399-3 is made of silicone resin and vinyl silicone polymer.It's highly transparent ink with great flowability.

When you print the glossy silicone XG-399-3( add 3% cured agent XG-866B-2),please add 15% silicone reducer XG-128AH.Don't print it over 2layers.Otherwise, the ink layer will delaminate.It'll fail for test of abrasion.

After screen printing silicone XG-399-3,please wait for five minutes,and then bake it surface dry.You'll avoid bubbles.

If your fabric is bad heat resistance,you can bake the silicone ink layer at 90℃ when you add more platinum catalyst XG-866B-2.Because you add more cured agent,it'll be dry thorougly.You will have no slow dry or not cured problem.

All silicone products from YR SILICONE can pass OEKO TEX,ZDHC.
