YR Puff ink is silicone based ink.Puff ink is made of screen printing ink and puff additive that once heat is applied to the ink during screen printing on print flat table or machine,it will slightly raise from the t shirt or other garment you are printing,and it looks like a freshly baked loaf of bread.Hence,puff ink screen printing can create an eye-catching design to make you stand out from other.It's two parts screen printing silicone.It's light yellow paste.When you print puff ink,you must bake every layer for surface dry.It uses the same catalyst XG-866B-2 like high density silicone XG-866A,XG-866AH,matte silicone XG-866M,etc.We advise you add 3% catalyst by the weight of silicone ink base.Product name:XG-866ARP.It's soft puff ink.It's much softer hand feel than other puff product.We can offer you free sample about 400g for trial.

Description

How to print colorful puff ink?

-screen printing undercoating ink XG-360Z-3X(add 100g XG-360Z-3X with 10g platinum catalyst XG-866B-2).If it's too fast surface dry,you can lower the mixing ratio of catalyst.The printing ink need heat cure.Please bake every time for surface dry at 120℃,10seconds.

-If t shirt is made of 50-90% cotton and polyester,you can print high density silicone XG-866AH directly without printing primer XG-360Z-3X.

-If the fabric has fuzz,not flat surface,you need press the fuzz with press machine.

Press machine for reference as follows:

After high density screen printing with silicone ink XG-866AH for two layers,please start press machine at 165℃,pressing 14seconds.You'll get flat surface.When you print colorful ink and matte or glossy finish,your design is very flat and amazing.

-Screen printing puff silicone ink XG-866ARP.You can add the color pigment-silicone based pigment in the puff product.We advise you add 100g XG-866ARP with 3g XG-866B-2,10g red pigment XG-302 or other silicone pigment,10g reducer XG-128AH(it can lower viscosity of ink.So you will print it easily,without blocking mesh).According to our test,we advise you print 3times with puff ink.Because it's heat cure silicone product.Please bake every time for surface dry at 100℃.

-Bake the printed product at 150℃,20-30seconds with closed oven or press it at 150-160℃,20seconds.Bake at140℃,3minutes.

During glossy ink for sceen printing,please add 20% silicone XG-866A-2Y if you need high abrasion resistance.We advise you print 1-2times.Don't print it over two.Otherwise,it'll delaminate during wash.If the silicone coating has bubbles,please wait for 5mintues.Let bubbles go out.Then you start bake the silicone layer.
