3. Set up the screen printing machine and prepare the screen.You can use the flatbed to print silicone ink on shoes only if you have automatic table oven.We recommend you mesh number 120(48T).If it's small design,you can use 150mesh number(
4.After screen printing silicone adhesive,please print right corner silicone XG-20Z-1 without adding color.When you get the thickness of design,please start printing round corner silicone XG-20S-1.You need add 10% color pigment in the ink base.
5.After color ink printing,please use the glossy ink or matte ink.You need add 100g glossy silicone with 10g catalyst XG-MB-1 and 10-15g thinner XG-128AH.You can print 2 times.Please wait for 5-10 minutes before baking it for surface dry.
6.You can use the conveyer oven or oven room to bake the printed shoes at 80℃,about 5-10minutes.
7. Inspect and pack the finished product.
