How to print silicone ink with automatic screen printing machine.
We share you the screen printing tips about automatic screen printing with 6 printed heads.
1.Lay the cloth on the automatic screen printing machine.Please check if the table adhesive is workable firstly.
Please use the silicone used table adhesive.
2.Turn on 1-7 ovens,baked 6.5seconds.Before screen printing,please start machine to bake.
3.If it's cotton blend,please print the high density silicone ink XG-866A without screen printing silicone adhesive XG-136AB-1.If the cloth has fuzz,please print the silicone product for two layers,then press the silicone with automatic press machine.We advise you screen printing the clear silicone for two times.Every time need surface dry by oven baking.

4.Please print blue silicone.The screen printing times depend on the thickness of your design.Every time need surface dry too.
When the screen print thickness meets you,please start printing glossy silicone XG-399-3.
