Custom rope with silicone ink instruction:
*Mix 100g silicone ink XG-20S-1 with 10g slow catalyst XG-MB-1,10g color pigment,120g silicone thinner XG-128AH.Dipping rope with mixed silicone ink for 3-4times.Please dip every time silicone ink before surface dry.
*Dipping matte or glossy silicone ink,please add 100g ink with 10g catalyst XG-MB-1,130g silicone thinner XG-128AH.We advise you dipping 1-2times.

One assemble line need two workers.
One worker operates dipping machine.Another worker places the custom shoelace into baking oven after dipping silicone ink.After baking 40 minutes at 80 ℃,the worker uses teh cutting machine to cut the rope head.
