Screen printing tips on shoes with silicone ink as follows:
*mix silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3 with catalyst by ratio of 100:5
Print two times.Flash every time surface dry.
*Mix silicone ink base with catalyst by ratio of 100:2(100g silicone ink base with 2g catalyst).Print the clear mixture of silicone inks for four time.Flash every time surface dry.
*Mix silicone ink base with catalyst,color,thinner.
*Print glossy finish with silicone ink or matte ink.
If you print sefl-drying silicone ink on shoes,we advise you flash at 60-80℃.After screen printing glossy finish with silicone ink.Please bake the shoes at 80℃,about 10-20mintues.
