Silicone ink embossing need use the embossing machine,aluminum mold(mother and father mold),120mesh plate.
If you produce embossing t shirt with silicone ink,please print the embossed silicone on t shirt firstly.Then you set the embossed machine:Upper mold 180℃;Lower mold 120℃;press time:20seconds.
Besides the embossed silicone,YR silicone also produces other silicone products.Today we introduce other silicone inks here.
Everyone knows high density screen printing with water based ink.However,few print masters can print high density screen printing silicone ink.Because silicone ink printing need temperature to bake it surface dry.The silicone coating cann't be too dry.Otherwise,it will delaminate.You need touch it during flash.You can print it again if there is no silicone on finger.We advise you high density silicone XG-866AH,XG-866A.
When you get the thickness ,you must print glossy or matte silicone(you can chosse the ink by your design).
Lastly,you need bake the printed t shirt in the tunnel oven or other oven at 130-150℃,about 30 seconds.
If you need produce mold logo with silicone,please use mold silicone XG-360W.
XG-360W(catalyst XG-360B,10g catalyst with 100g silicone ink) or XG-866A-2Y(catalyst XG-866B-2,3g catalyst with 100g silicone ink)
Color pigment:Red pigment XG-302,Fluorescent pink pigment XG-158)
Silicone reducer: XG-128AH,add 10%
The mold silicone logo has best 3D.
Please make the mold clean with silicone reducer before filling the silicone ink embossing with the mold.
After mixed silicone ink embossing with catalyst,pigment,silicone reducer,please fill the mold with the silicone ink.You need vacuumize the mold silicone.Then place the garment on mold machine.Please level the mold with squeegee before placing the mold with silicone ink on garment.
Lastly,start mold machine if you place mold on garment.
