Mesh size depends on your screen printing design. We advise small design need mesh 150 during silicone ink printing.Large design need 120mesh for screen printing silicone ink.
When the printer cann't print the silicone ink flat layer,please mix the reducer XG-128AH with silicone ink,increasing the flowability of silicone ink,printing the silicone ink with the squeegee at angle 90°.Because you print silicone ink at 90° angle,you can avoid the silicone ink without flat print.
