How to print t shirt
T shirt is very comfortable to wear in summer.Everyone likes to customerize their t shirt from screen printing workshop.You only send pictures you like to screen printing factory.They can use DTG machine to print your picture on t shirts.DTG machine can print multi-color design.It's very colorful.Maybe it's ok in five minutes.It's 2D pattern on your t shirt.
If you need embossed design ,high density screen printng,glossy,you'd better use the screen printing silicone ink for your t shirt.YR silicone shares you the method to print t shirt.
*Step 1:You need ask your design team to make artwork by CAD.You must check every part if it's easy to print in screen printing mesh.Silicone ink for screen printing often uses mesh -120(48T).You need print photosentive glue on white mesh,use exposure machine to make your artwork on screen mesh.When the screen printing plate is ok.You need prepare silicone ink.
*Step 2:You must mix silicone ink base with catalyst,silicone pigment,thinner together.
*Step 3: Please print table glue on screen printng table.You can bake the table glue.When it's dry,you can do next step.
If your print table has one automatic oven,it's very fast for you to print silicone ink for t shirts.If you have no table oven,you can use dryer,1600W to bake t shirt.
*Step 4: place t shirt on glass table.You need adjust the correct position of screen printing plate.The t shirt is made of cotton blender.You need use press machine to press the fabric hair.You must print two times high density silicone ink XG-866AH.When the silicone ink coating is wet,please press the ink with press machine.It's flat,no hair of fabric.you can print nice design.We recommend you must bake every silicone ink for surface dry before next printing.The temperature is 120℃.
In last word,when you print silicone ink on wool,cotton,if you cann't press fabricfur ,your t shirt or fabric will have many bubbles.It's very bad print .
When you use press machine,you need adjust the temperature at 165℃,press 15 seconds.
