-Please clean mesh plate and squeegee with silicone reducer XG-128AH before doing Screen Printing T Shirts. You must set up correct position with your design pattern plate on t shirts. Before mass production,please print several samples to inspect if the design is clear,neat without jagged edges and if it's good hand feel. When you meet the jagged edges,please change your mesh plate with 150mesh.If it's bad hand feel,please print soft silicone XG-20000AR.
-Surface dry is one big challenge for many clients. If you bake the silicone coating layer too dry,you'll meet bubbles and delamination.Today we tell you one best way to bake the surface dry. It's to touch the silicone layer with finger during baking. If there is no ink on finger,the surface dry is good. You can print new coating layer.
-Several color process print with ink must make several plates. The color quantity depends on plate quantity. Every color need one plate. The undercoating need one whole design plate. Because one design has many parts. If you like to print colorful,amazing design,you need different parts with different plates.During screen printing silicone products,you must check the mesh to avoid debris blocking.
-You can add reflective powder into glossy silicone to get nice design. We advise you adding 5% reflective powder. Don't add it too much,otherwise the silicone coating will be delaminated.
