Multi color screen printing with silicone need silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3,also called undercoating if it's nylon,polyester or cotton blender.The adhesive product will improve fastness and washing.
Generally,during multi color screen printing with silicone ink,they often use high density silicone XG-866AH or soft silicone XG-866AR,glossy silicone XG-399-3,catalyst XG-866B-2,silicone reducer XG-128AH,color pigment ,such as yellow pigment XG-203,green pigment XG-601,red pigment XG-302,blue pigment XG-408,black pigment XG-501.
After screen printing adhesive product XG-360Z-3,please print clear high density silicone XG-866AH for two times.
Mixing 100g silicone ink XG-866AH with 2g catalyst XG-866B-2,10g color pigment.
Every color need print four times.Every time need bake surface dry.

Surely,please 10% silicone reducer XG-128AH,meanwhile,baking the silicone layer with low temperature,at 80℃.
How to avoid the slow surface dry during screen printing ink?
Firstly,please add more catalyst XG-866B-2,about 4%.
