*Step1:They aslo ask design team to make artwork.Then they make film according to the design.
*Step 2: They need make several screen printing plate.It's made of metal frame and polyster mesh.You'd better choose 120 mesh-48T.The screen plate for undercoating must be little thickness.It means you'd better print many Photosensitive adhesive.When you finsh making screen plate,you need hardened water to improve the abrasion resistance.The screen plate will work long time,above 10000 screen printint times.
*Step 3: You need choose the correct silicone product for screen printing.Because the embroider design is small line.You'd use the silicone ink with good flowability and high elasticity,soft hand.We recommend you use XG-866NYR.It's used for bra.It's very good hand feel.It's simple ratio.You only add 100g XG-866NYR with 2-4g catalyst XG-866B-2.Please mix them thoroughly.
*Step 4:Please place the mixed silicone on the screen plate.You'd use rubber squeegee,angle 65-75 to print the silicone ink .If your embroidery designs are multi-color,such as four colors,every color need one screen plate.It's well-known that one part of design need one color and one plate.
*Step:During screen printing,you need use automatic table oven to bake every printing ink for surface dry at 100-120℃.If the fabric is not good heat resistance,you can add more catalyst and lower baking temperature.You can adjust the running speed and lights to control the baking temperature too.
*You need use conveyer oven to bake the printed embroidery patches,baking them at 100-130℃,about 3-5 minutes.
