The heat cure silicone ink is the best ink for screen printing on polyester and nylon, Tatami fabrics ,such as team wear, yoga pants, t shirt, jumping socks, kithen mitts, cycling wear, etc. The silicone ink is fast cure at 100 -120℃,about 10seconds on printing table. Please customize one automatic table oven on printing table. The silicone ink need be baked surface dry after screen printing silicone ink.Please touch the silicone ink with finger during flash baking of the silicone ink. surface dry is fine if there is no silicone ink on finger. You can print next layer of silicone ink. Because the silicone ink printing on garment need 7-8layers of silicone ink. You need inspect every layer of silicone ink during flash baking. It's best way to inspect the silicone ink.You'll avoid the delamination of silicone screen printing ink.During silicone ink screen printing on polyester, nylon, please print the silicone adhesive(also called under coating ink) XG-360Z-3 firstly. The silicone adhesive can increase the fastness of silicone ink on polyester, nylon. When you meet the challenge of slow dry of silicone ink during screen printing, please add more catalyst. We advise adding catalyst 4-5% of silicone ink. speed of automatic table oven. There are many methods to solve the slow cure of silicone ink.

Unimaginable Silicone Ink Printing is high viscosity ink.Its viscosity of silicone ink is about 150000-250000cps. When you mix catalyst, color pigment with silicone ink, please add thinner of silicone ink. The thinner XG-128AH will make the si licone ink screen printing easily. It can enhance the flowability of silicone ink during screen printing. The most advantage of thinner can lower cost of silicone ink. When you add thinner in the silicone ink, you reduce the usage of silicone ink during screen printing.
You need pick up the correct silicone ink if you want to print unimaginable silicone ink design. Because silicone inks have high density silicone ink, highly elastic silicone, transfer silicone ink, embossing silicone ink, puff silicone, glossy silicone ink, mat te silicone ink, anti-poisoning silicone ink. Please do a good test of silicone ink before mass production.
Please bake the printed product by closed oven or tunnel oven if you finish screen printing silicone ink.
