*High elastic polyester fabric: When you print the fabric, you must use high elastic silicone ink. Its elongation needs to be 800%. Otherwise, when you pull the fabric after screen printing silicone ink, it'll be broken out. It can't pass the wash test.YR Silicone recommends you print silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3 for undercoating to increase the stick force. Please note that every screen printing ink needs to be baked for surface drying at 120℃.YR silicone can supply you with soft high-density silicone, soft puff silicone, and high glossy silicone. You can use them according to your design.
*cotton fabric: it's very easy and simple to print silicone ink on cotton fabric. You can print silicone ink on cotton fabric without printing silicone adhesive for undercoating. If you need high-density screen printing, you can use silicone XG-866AH. If you need soft HD silicone, you can use silicone XG-8660. They all use the same catalyst and ratio. They are cured by low temperature.
*Nylon cotton fabric: It's well-known that the fabric is slippery. When you print silicone ink on the fabric, the silicone product must have strong stick force. You can use the rolling machine, flat table, or automatic machine to print them. If you need a long work life, you must use a slow catalyst. Don't add more catalysts than 4%. If you like a glossy finish, you can use glossy silicone XG-399-6W. When you print glossy silicone, you can hold the rubber squeegee at an angle of 65°, screen printing ink slowly. You can print 3D circles. It's an amazing print.
