Method of mold heat transfers
-Design one mold made of brass,plating the mold with telfon coating.It will improve the release of silicone logo from mold.

-cut off the hot melt glue paper according to your mold size.
-Start the mold machine to heat up the mold.Please set upper mold temperature at 180℃,below mold temperature at 120℃,press time at 20-26seconds.The correct time depends on the thickness of heat transfers.
-You can dispense silicone ink on mold with machine or use one rubber blade to fill the mold with liquid silicone rubber.
-Mix 100g silicone XG-360W with 10g catalyst XG-360WB,10g color pigment.If you need produce multi-colorful transfer product,please use dispenser to fill the mold with every color silicone.The dispenser machine has 4colors,6colors,8colors,12 colors,24colors.

-Please note that the mass production uses different mold from sample .In order to improve high productivity,they need large mold size-L30*W30cm*H0.7mm.According to order quantity,you decide how many molds you need.We advise 6sets of mold for mass production.Because one assemble line need one worker to dispense silicone on mold,one for vacuum machine,one for operation mold machine,two workers pack the heat transfers.They have larger advantage than manual print table or automatic screen printing machine to print transfer silicone ink on transfer paper.
