How to avoid bubbles during screen printing socks?
*Please bake the screen printing ink at low temperature,80℃ in first baking oven.After little cured,you can bake the printing socks at 120℃.
*When you mix silicone ink,catalyst,pigment,you can mix them in one direction,lightly.
*Add deforming agent in the silicone ink base.
*Please bake the socks at 100℃ for five minutes before screen printing silicone ink on socks.
