The screen printing silicone adhesive is not strong.How do you solve it?
-Please print undercoating ink.We advise screen printing ink XG-110AB .It's solvent ink.It has strong adhesive on water-proof garment.It's self-drying ink.But you can bake it at 100-120℃.Mixture ratio:add 100g XG-110A with 10g XG-110B.
You can use 120-150mesh screen printing plate.If the ink penetrates to back of fabric,please use 150mesh.Meanwhile,please bake the screen printing table with table oven at 120℃,about 40seconds.
-Use crosslinker/silicone adhesive.We have three crosslinker products,such as XG-360Z-3,XG-136AB,XG-360Z-3X.
-After screen printing high density silicone,glossy or matte silicone,please bake the printed garment at 100℃,10minutes.
Silicone ink with bubbles
-There are bubbles in the process of stirring,you can put the silicone ink into vacuum machine and vacuumize for 8-10 minutes.
-If it's impossible to vacuumize,please use silicone thinner/reducer XG-128AH,add 10% in the silicone ink base.After diluting,the adhesion of silicone to bubbles is greatly reduced and the speed of foaming is greatly accelerated.
-In the process of screen printing ink,please bake the ink with low temperature to release the bubbles.
