Usage of silicone ink
1. Sulfur the material twice (150 ℃ / 1-2 hours) and clean the surface.
2. After taking out the silicone ink from the refrigerator, it can be used only after the silicone ink temperature returns to normal temperature or close to normal temperature. In the process of use, if the viscosity is found to be too large, you can appropriately add odorless kerosene to adjust to the appropriate viscosity, and then enter the ink until the ink reaches normal temperature and appropriate viscosity
Screen printing, pad printing or dot printing.
3. Vulcanize after standing for 5 ~ 10 minutes in a dust-free environment.
4. Bake at 180-250 ℃ for 10-15 minutes for vulcanization, and bake at 110-130 ℃ for 20-30 minutes for vulcanization.
Precautions for silicone ink
1. The product shall be fully stirred after opening the tank.
2. It is necessary to create a good and suitable environment for printing. The good environment for printing is: the operation room needs dust-free treatment, and the temperature is controlled below 25 ℃ and the humidity is controlled at 55 ~ 75%; If the humidity is too low, it will easily lead to static electricity of silica gel ink, which will increase the number of printing defects.
3. The product to be printed shall be subject to secondary sulfur addition greater than 150 ℃ / 1-2 hours before use, otherwise it will cause poor local vulcanization of the paint film.
4. Please pay attention to the refrigeration of silicone ink. Unused silicone ink should be sealed and refrigerated.
Shelf life of silicone ink
The storage period of silica gel ink is 3 months; If the product has passed the shelf life and passed the technical inspection, it can still be used.
Storage conditions of silicone ink
Closed refrigeration;
Storage temperature: 0 ~ 10 ℃, humidity: 55 ~ 85%; Waterproof, leak proof, sunscreen, high temperature proof and away from fire source.
