1. Introduction to silicone conductive ink:

It is used for the printing of conductive dots on silicone buttons. This product is suitable for pad printing and screen printing operations, and can also be used for spraying operations. Fast curing, long operation time at room temperature, good adhesion (scotch tape sticks 10 times without falling paint). Good electrical conductivity (Φ=5mm, second screen printing R<200Ω, pad printing once R<100Ω).
Stir the ink thoroughly, and dilute it with odorless kerosene or tetramethylbenzene to a printable viscosity depending on the conditions of use, and it can be used for clean silicone button conductive dot screen printing or pad printing.
curing: vertical oven 15 minutes/190℃, or drying tunnel 10 minutes/230℃.
2. Introduction to silicone printing ink:
Silicone printing inks can be divided into low-temperature silicone printing inks and high-temperature silicone printing inks. They use low-temperature or high-temperature vulcanization technology, and are mainly suitable for screen printing, pad printing or dot printing.
Low temperature printing ink:
Low-temperature silicone ink is a high-tech technology. Low-temperature silicone printing ink is based on the halogen content standard requirements of the environmental quality management system. Ordinary silicone key ink needs to be baked at a high temperature of 180 degrees or more, while low temperature silicone ink is at 80~120 degrees.5 It can be completely dried in 6 minutes, which greatly improves the application range of silica gel ink.
High temperature printing ink:
Adopting high temperature vulcanization technology, it is a two-component ink suitable for decoration and protection of silica gel surface; suitable for silk screen, pad printing or dot printing process. Scope of application: Silicone rubber buttons/plastic parts for electronic products such as mobile phones, telephones, notebook computers, fax machines, copiers, mother-child machines, electric remote controls, etc.
3. Introduction to silicone spray ink:
Definition: Silicone spray ink is mainly used for the decoration and protection of the surface of silicone rubber products. It is used for spraying on the surface of silicone rubber products. It is made into finished products by laser carving or arm quick-release ink, such as mobile phones, such as remote control buttons on the surface of text. Decoration; ink and silicone rubber materials are extremely strong, with good interlayer adhesion and heavy covering, suitable for handling complex multi-layer collocation.
Spray ink classification:
Silicone pu ink can actually be included in the spray ink. It is suitable for the surface treatment of silicone keys. It can endow the surface with excellent abrasion resistance and feel, and protect the printed fonts. It can be sprayed directly, or it can be used after adding gloss oil to adjust the brightness haze. It is mainly suitable for spraying process. Abrasion resistance RCA>300 times (15um), soft and smooth hand, good leveling, yellowing resistance, uniform and fine matte effect.
