Local UV glazing refers to the silk screen printing of a pattern on the original black printing with UV varnish. After UV varnish, compared with the surrounding printing effect, the glazing pattern appears bright, bright and three-dimensional. Because the silk screen printing ink layer is thick, it will bulge after curing and look like an indentation. Silk screen UV glazing is stronger than offset UV in height, smoothness and thickness, so it has always been favored by foreign merchants.

 

The local UV glazing of silk screen printing has solved the adhesion problem on the film Bop or petpopp after black printing, and can also be convex. It is scratch resistant, folding resistant and low odor. This creates a large market space, which can be used in packaging, trademarks, books, publicity and other printing fields to make the finishing point.

 

The interest of the equipment used for local UV polishing of silk screen printing is very low, and a small amount of production will not cause waste (the outgoing production cost of each version is between 50-150 yuan, and can be recycled repeatedly). The equipment required are: plate printing, printing and UV curing. The investment of the whole set of equipment can be completed as long as tens of thousands of yuan. If the printing plate is made externally, the investment of printing plate equipment can be reduced. The power consumption is about 9kw, which can be easily understood by a few staff. With a little guidance, the site occupies an area of 30 square meters. With the above hardware, you can easily have local UV glazing. The UV glazing area can reach 60cmx90cm wide paper and the thickness can reach 5cm.

 

If you already have hardware, it will be easier to develop. Just pay attention to selecting UV varnish according to the substrate, and select mesh parameters according to the dilute concentration of UV varnish and the ink return of printing. According to the thickness required by customers, the thickness of photosensitive glue and the density of mesh in the printing process are selected, generally between 350 mesh and 420 mesh.
