Wool fabric printing

Printed wool fabrics are mainly thin plain fabrics or tulle fabrics, most of which are used to make women's shirts, dresses, quilt towels and skirts. In addition to direct printing, wool fabric printing also includes pull-out printing, anti printing and transfer printing. The printing of wool blended fabrics also accounts for a certain proportion, and the relief finishing of wool fabrics is also very popular, which is mainly used for woolen sweaters.

Velveteen printing

Diamond printing uses the characteristics of silk screen printing to print on velvets, which can obtain a special flash effect and emit the light of natural diamonds under the sunlight.

Foam printing

There are many kinds of fabric special printing, and foam printing is one of them. Foam printing is characterized by strong three-dimensional feeling, similar to manual embroidery, soft hand feeling, wear resistance, water washing resistance, good fastness and elasticity. It can be widely used in tablecloth, curtain, tea towel, handkerchief, pillow towel, clothing, tourist souvenirs and so on. It can be used not only in natural fiber fabrics such as cotton, hemp and silk, but also in man-made fiber fabrics.

Flocking printing

Electrostatic flocking is a new technology rising in the textile industry. It is a product that uses high-voltage electrostatic field to plant short fibers on grey cloth. Flocking products have the advantages of simple process, strong three-dimensional sense and low cost. Therefore, they are widely used in rubber, plastic, artificial leather and decorative products, especially for small batch tourism products. Flocking pattern decoration on shoes and hats, children's clothing, trademarks and clothing will make its style unique.

Transfer printing

Transfer printing is a printing process that relies on the sublimation of dyes and the diffusion and affinity of dye vapor to fibers to complete the coloring effect. Transfer printing is a practical printing and dyeing production method in anhydrous processing. In addition to not using water, another main feature is that the paper deformation is small, so it can print fine multi-level patterns and photographic pictures. Transfer the pattern picture to the cloth. Its effect is sometimes better than general anti discharge printing.
