2) Choosing luminous material: The luminescent substance should have the right particle size. It will produce a harsh luminous pattern if it is too large. If it is too small, the same amount of luminous material will produce a pattern with less durability.
The luminous substance dictates the thermal transfer ink to use. Standard fluorescent materials are not water-resistant, and the ink's ph needs to be between 6 and 8. Water-based thermal transfer ink is only available for carefully treated luminous materials, although this type of This approach is not frequently employed since luminous materials can be somewhat expensive.
