A: It’s heat cure silicone ink. The silicone ink is very clear with high solid content. You can print the silicone ink by hand and machine. The best cure temperature: 120℃

Q: Could you tell us the simple screen printing about silicone ink?
A: Surely. Please mix silicone ink XG-866AR with catalyst thoroughly firstly. Then screen printing for two layers. It’s clear print layer. After the surface cure by table oven, please mix silicone ink, catalyst, pigment, reducer together. After mix them thoroughly, please print the color ink for four layers. It’s a good job after the color silicone ink cured.
