3. Prepare the ink - The next step is to prepare the embossing silicone ink. It's two parts ink.Its ratio is to add 100g silicone ink base with 10g catalyst.If its viscosity is very high,you can add silicone thinner to adjust its viscosity.We recommend you print three times.

4. Screen printing the ink - With your ink ready, it's time to apply it to your fabric. There are two methods to make 3D embossing fabric.One is to print the embossing silicone on one fabric.After printing ink ,you place the fabric on mother mold with mold machine to press .The mold includes mother mold and father mold.The father mold sets temperature at 180℃.Mother mold sets temperature at120℃.We recommend pressing the fabric about 20seconds.
5. Heat set the ink - After applying the ink, you'll need to heat set it to ensure it adheres properly to the fabric. You must use mold machine.Its pressure power is at least 2000kg.It's liquid pressure mold machine. Be sure to follow the instructions for your particular ink and fabric type to ensure the best results.

6. Remove the fabric from the mold after pressing 20 seconds.Be careful.Don't touch the mold.It's too hot.Otherwise,it 'll hurt your hand.Please wear gloves during production.

7. Finish the fabric - Finally, you can finish the fabric by washing it to remove any excess ink or residue. Be sure to follow the care instructions for your fabric to ensure it doesn't shrink or fade.
