Heat transfer
Print the pattern on the transfer paper and then transfer it
1. The pattern feels a little hard, and it will become softer after washing, but the air permeability is also very poor.
2. When the printed matter is pulled horizontally, cracks will appear in the pattern. The technology of thermal transfer itself determines that this cannot be avoided.
3. Color deviation and positioning deviation, the finished picture is easier to scrape off, and the firmness is poor. Generally, it is necessary to spray a layer of protective film. The transfer of special media also requires flexographic printing.
4. Thermal transfer technology requires a high level of experience for practitioners.
Screen printing
Use the screen board to print the content, and use the squeeze method to adhere the ink to the product
1. The film needs to be drawn and printed.
2. Only one color can be printed at a time, and the ink needs to be dried and the speed is slow.
3. The operator needs many years of experience. When printing complex patterns, a large number of manpower is required, multiple overprinting, high rejection rate, and deviation in register and color.
4. Pattern making requires high cost and long time.
5. The process is cumbersome and the production cycle is long.
UV printing
Directly print the ink on the product, and use UV light to heat and fix the color at the same time
1. Using Ricoh nozzles, high printing accuracy, fast speed, strong stability, and almost zero defect rate.
2. It is suitable for most materials, as long as it is flat, it can be printed.
3. The operation is simple, all complex colors can be printed at one time, no plate making, film output, no screen drawing and repeated color registration.
4. Using imported environmentally friendly UV ink, colorful, waterproof, sunscreen, never fade, clear effect!
5. It can be customized or mass-produced to meet the various needs of customers, saving time and effort.
