*Fast cure at low heat about 100-120℃,10seconds.

*Mixing ratio:100g silicone ink base with 3g catalyst.
Applications: Screen printng on most natural and synthetic textiles,particularly highly elastic garments,such as horse riding clothing,Yoga pants,cycling wear,teamwear,etc.
It's high viscosity silicone ink,100% silicone.Before screen printing,we advise you add 10% silicone thinner.You'll get workable viscosity easily.

Once cured XG-866 silicone ink series exhibit very soft hand feel,high elasticity,excellent wash durability.
The excellent elongation properties of silicone ink makes XG-866 silicone ink series ideal for fabrics screen printing containing water-proof nylon,high levels of fibers,highly elastic polyeser garment.The silicone prints made from YR SILICONE XG-866 silicone ink seriers have good adhesion and durability up to 10-15 times at 60℃ water ,1hour.
In addition,these silicone inks show very good anti-color migration properties,particularly on polyester and nylon garment,and show great chemical(chlorine,solvents,etc),and heat resistance.The excellent abrasion resistance makes the silicone inks best ink for screen printng on horse riding clothing,jumping socks.
