New printer master can print silicone ink well when mixing correct ratio.
Please add more catalyst if it's too slow to be surface dry.
During screen printing silicone ink,please check the table oven temperature with the inflared temperature gun.We advise the cure temperature 120℃.Please touch the printing layer of silicone ink with finger after flash.It's ok if no remnants of silicone ink is sticked on finger.
When screen printing silicone ink on nylon,polyester,fabrics,please print base coating of silicone ink XG-360Z-3 before printing high density silicone ink.
Remarks:during screen printing glossy silicone ink,please add 15%thinner XG-128AH .After screen printing glossy silicone ink,don't flash the silicone ink layer at once.Please wait for five minutes.
