Silicone ink has much better features than ink.YR SILICONE has developed the silicone ink to adhere to nylon,polyester,horse riding clothing,Yoga pants,etc. The silicone ink has excellent adhesive strength.When screen printing silicone ink on Water-proof nylon ,please print undercoating silicone ink XG-136AB or XG-360Z-3.The silicone ink XG-136AB is ideal for manual print and automatic machine.It has long work hour on auto machine.The silicone ink XG-360Z-3 is manual printing ink.It's ideal for heat transfer printing label.

YR silicone ink XG-360Z-3 (You can replace silicone ink XG-360Z-3 with XG-136AB.The silicone ink XG-136AB is much cheaper than silicone ink XG-360Z-3)

Color pigment(we can customize color pigment).
Glossy silicone XG-399-3
The silicone ink catalyst XG-360Z-3B should be 5% of the silicone ink XG-360Z-3.
High density silicone ink XG-866AH/XG-866A-LK/XG-866M/XG-399-3 have the same catalyst XG-866B-2. The catalyst XG-866B-2 should be 3% of these silicone ink.
We advise mixing 10% thinner XG-128AH by the weight of silicone ink.
Screen printing silicone ink
Brush the table adhesive on print table.Place the water-proof nylon on print table.Please heat up the print table before silicone ink printing.
After mixing silicone ink XG-136AB(mix 100g silicone ink XG-136A with 100g catalyst XG-136B),please print the mixed ink on nylon.We advise screen printing silicone ink for two layers.Please bake the silicone ink layers surface dry.
Printing high density silicone ink XG-866AH:mix 100g silicone ink XG-866AH with 3g catalyst,10g color pigment,11g thinner XG-128AH.Please print the mixed silicone ink for 4-6layers. The silicone ink layers depends on thickness of your design.
You should bake every silicone ink layer surface dry at 100-120℃.
4.Printing glossy silicone ink XG-399-3,please mix 100g silicone ink XG-399-3 with 3g catalyst XG-866B-2,10g thinner.Please print 1-2layers.Please bake the glossy silicone ink layer in five minutes.
Please bake the printed nylon at 100-120℃ in 3-5 minutes.
