Webbing silicone ink
Screen printing webbing silicone ink is silicone XG-130AB.It's two parts silicone ink.Every printing silicone layer need be surface dry by baking oven at 100-120℃.When you start next screen printing layer of silicone ink,please inspect the silicone ink printing layer if it's surface dry.One best way to inspect the silicone ink layer is to touch the silicone ink layer with one finger.No silicone ink on finger means surface dry.
Different webbing need different screen printing steps.For example,nylon ,polyester webbing need print undercoating silicone ink XG-360Z-3 firstly.
Cotton webbing can be printed directly with silicone ink XG-866A-2Y or XG-130AB.
Please contact us for correct ratio if you don't know how to mix the silicone ink with catalyst.
These silicone liquid is clear silicone ink base.You need add the color pigment into the silicone ink.We advise you adding 10% color pigment by the weight of silicone ink.You can add the silicone ink thinner in the silicone ink mixed color pigment to get the workable viscosity.The silicone thinner can increase the flowability of silicone ink.
Glossy silicone ink is XG-399-3,399-2,399HR-2,etc.
Matte silicone ink is XG-866M,136M-3,etc.
Dipping webbing silicone ink
When you dip webbing silicone ,please inspect the dipping webbing machine.It's automatic dipping webbing machine.So you need set correct technical data.Otherwise,you willl meet many production problem,such as slow surface dry,blcoking dipping head,bubbles,dipping bad design,etc.
The dipping webbing silicone ink is room temperature cure silicone.You need bake the dipping silicone webbing with oven box.
