Screen printing ink for fabric can be classified by their ink base-main resin.There are water -soluble screen printing ink,silicone base ink and plastisol ink-polyethylene.
Water base ink is made of 100% PU resin.It's two parts ink.You must add catalyst into ink base before screen printing.It's clear paste.You need add color pigment in ink base to get the color ink you like printing.
It's great flowability and stick force on fabric.
When you print water base ink on nylon,polyester,please use undercoating ink-it's solvent ink firstly.
Clear water base ink:
Plastisol ink is one part.You need use flat scraper,mesh 120 to print the ink on fabric.Every screen printing ink need be baked for complete dry at 150-160℃.Othewise,it will crack.If the plastisol is high viscosity,please use the thinner to adjust the workable viscosity before screen printing ink.We recommend you add 0.5% every time till you get the workable viscosity.
