Embossing silicone Features:translucent paste,strong adhesion,good shape,not easy to deform after washing,good durability.
Operating procedures
*Adjust the temperature of the embossing machine.Generally,the upper die is 150-180℃,the lower die is 120℃.The temperature difference is adjusted according to the size of the die and the temperature resistance of differenct fabrics.
*Mixing embossing silicone with catalyst:to add 100g embossing silicone ink base XG-360KY-55 or XG-360KY-60 with 10g catalyst.Please print two squeegees at a time,stencil 120mesh,select the appropriate plate according to fabrics.
*Embossing pattern:the pressed cloth piece is pressed on the embossing machine for 8-15seconds to set the shape.
*Some fabrics with rough material will be covered with one cloth.Just stick one cloth on the printed silicone ink surface and then emboss it on the machine.When attaching the cloth,be sure to pay much attention to the silicone ink surface when it's not dry.
*If the silicone ink is not cured or sticks to the mold after embossing,pay attention to the mold temperature or the poisoning of the fabrics.
After embossing and setting shape,the embossed fabrics need be wash test after 24hours.
