Preparation: Choose the right type of ink. For fabric printing, use fabric ink made for screen printing.
Prepare the Screen: Pick a suitable screen and make sure it's clean.
Mix the Ink: Stir the ink well to make sure the color and thickness are even.
Printing on Fabric:
Place the fabric flat on the printing table.
Position the screen on top of the fabric, ensuring it's aligned.
Pour the ink onto the top of the screen.
Use a squeegee to spread the ink evenly across the screen.
Lift the screen and check the print.
Let the ink dry or use a drying device.
Drying Treatment: Some inks may need drying with a device, depending on the ink and fabric.
Curing Treatment: Certain inks need to be cured after printing for better quality and durability.
