Automatic screen printing machine has 8 print heads,16 print heads,32 print heads.More print heads mean high productivity of screen printing.Every print head has one bake oven .You can add more bake oven by your production requirement.Especially, in winter,it's very cold.The screen printing silicone ink is not easy to get surface dry.You can increase the oven quantity.Meanwhile,please increase bake time.Automatic screen requires the screen printing silicone ink with long work life.The screen printing ink cann't be surface dry on automatic screen printing machine within 4 hours.Otherwise,it's not good ink for machine printing.We advise YR silicone XG-866A for automatic screen.Please add slow catalyst XG-866B-2.The silicone ink XG-866A is high density screen printing ink with high elasticity,superb soft hand feel.Machine printing silicone must be excellent flowability.Hence,it can avoid block mesh.YR silicone develops two kinds of catalyst for the silicone ink.They are slow catalyst and fast catalyst.The silicone product has simple mixture ratio(100:2).You can add more 2% catalyst if you hope fast surface dry and curing quickly.

Automatic screen tips:

The oven beside screen printing machine must be lower temperature than other.If the oven is too high temperature,the silicone ink will be fast surface dry,blocking the mesh.You'll waste much ink,reducing productivity.

Automatic screen printing with silicone ink shouldn't add more 2% slow catalyst in summer.

If you print the silicone products on nylon,polyester,please print the silicone adhesive XG-136AB for undercoating.

Mixture ratio:add 100g XG-136A with 100g XG-136B

Screen printing times:two.

Every screen need surface dry.

Please clean the mesh plate with silicone reducer XG-128AH.
