A: Yes, after screen printing silicone ink XG-866F, please flash the silicone ink. You can print silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3 for two layers. Then you add 10% neon pigment in the silicone ink base.You should print the neon screen printing ink only if the silicone adhesive is surface cure.
