The Puff silicone product is liquid silicone include puff powder .It is the best ink for screen printing in the textile. It can be hand printing and machine printing on fabrics, shoes, gloves, sportwear, etc.When you print puff silicone on water-proof nylon,please print udercoating silicone XG-360Z-3 or XG-136AB firstly.You can add color pigment in the puff ink to get the colorful screen printng.We advise you print puff ink about 3-4times.Every silicone layer need surface dry with oven.After screen printing color ink,please bake the printed product at 130℃,about 3-5minutes.If the baking temperature is 150℃,only baking 15-20seconds.It's high productivity.
