Silicone Ink conditions
① Screen Printing silicone ink should not be dry thoroughly,only surface dry before next scratch, and when silicone ink for screen printing on garment, and have a good adhesion fastness.
② Screen Printing with silicone ink should hold the belved rubber squeegee at 45-70°, to ensure that the ink on the plate can flow more on garment.So you can print high density pattern with good thickness. If your pattern is very small,please use the mesh 150.
③ During screen printing with silicone ink,if the viscosity of ink is higher,please add silicone reducer XG-128AH to adjust the workable viscosity.
④ After printing, the ink on the printing plate should be washed with reducer or other cleaning product to ensure that the printing plate can be reused.
⑤ If you like to print multi-colorful design with silicone ink,please make several plates for screen printing.
