Product introduction of screen printing silicone ink
Silicone screen printing ink is one of many silicone products.It belongs to low heat cure liquid silicone.It's composed of high environmental protection raw materails such as vinyl silicone oil,silicone dioxide,platinum water,and hydrogen-containing silicone oil.These silicone inks can be high density screen printing,embossing printing,puff,transfer,blocker,high elastic silicone.Curing time distinction:slow drying,middle drying and fast drying.However,the low heat cure silicone ink also has disadvantage,that is poor adhesion.To the end,we will also add an organic coupling agent to the silicone ink to fill the defect that the molecular weight of the silicone ink itself is not large enough:but because there are many types of fabrics in the textile industry,from a chemical point of view,each fabric is composed of various chemical groups.Therefore,the low heat cure silicone ink is not suitable to all textiles,such as nylon cloth,polyester cloth,water-proof nylon cloth,etc.,only after screen printing primer ink XG-360Z-3,can be screened with silicone inks.

Common silicone screen printing ink problems:
*After getting the silicone ink sample,it's necessary to fully understand the silicone ink.The following are some common screen printing silicone ink problems for reference.
After the silicone ink is printed,the silicone ink doesn't cure or stick to the hand for four reasons:
(1).The ratio of catalyst and silicone ink base is mixed with electronic scale or balance.Maybe you mix less 2% catalyst by the weight of the silicone ink base.
(2).The fabric is decolorized,and the color reacts with platinum water in the silicone ink,commonly known as -silicone ink poisoning.
(3).The silicone thinner is not 407 printing water or white oil,but uses other chemical thinner ,such as xylene.We advise you the best silicone thinner XG-128AH.
(4).Adding the color pigment,no catalyst was added the same proprtion,or add the color pigment much more 15% by the weight of the silicone ink base.
*There are two reasons for the bubbles during silicone screen printing ink.
(1).The baking temperature is too high.Quick baking the silicone ink layer after silicone ink printing.Please wait for several minutes before baking if you meet the bubbles during silicone screen printing ink.Let the bubbles go out thoroughly.
(2).When screen printing self-drying silicone ink,the bubbles are not eliminated,and the surface of silicone ink is dry.It's recommended to use the slow- drying catalyst to reduce the surface drying speed of silicone ink .
Poor adhesion problem of silicone ink:please print the undercoating silicone ink XG-360Z-3 or XG-136AB.
Mixture ratio:1.Low heat cure silicone ink:add 100g silicone ink base with 2-4g catalyst.2.Self-drying silicone ink:add 100g silicone ink base with 10g catalyst.

*Screen printing undercoating silicone ink XG-360Z-3.
*Screen printng high density silicone ink,printing the clear high density silicone ink without adding color pigment.
*Screen printing color pigment:add 100g silicone ink base with 2-4g catalyst,10g color pigment,10g silicone ink thinner.(Note:it's printing method for low heat cure silicone ink.)
*Printing glossy or matte silicone ink:Glossy silicone ink XG-399-3or high abrasion resistance glossy silicone ink XG-399HR-2,matte silicone ink XG-866M.
