Mixture of silcone ink and colors:
Normally,Transparent silicone ink mixing color pigment .
Silicone ink color pigment is high color rendering material.The color and silicone ink mixture is 10% by the weight of silicone ink base.Before adding the color pigment in the silicone ink,please mix the certain curing agent in the silicone ink base .Exceeding the amount of 15%,the silicone ink printing layer will be not dry,that is,not cured.
Before getting off work,take out of silicone ink on the screen and refrigerate,,clean the mesh with silicone reducer or other thinner.Please don't mix the silicone ink with color,catalyst before use.It cann't be adjusted for refrigeration.
Silicone ink is a product with 100% solid content and no volatility,while the water based ink only has solid content 40%.If managed properly,the cost of silicone printing raw material will not be much higher than the water based paste.
The most important thing is no decoloring in the wash process if you print silicone ink for fabrics.

The storage period of silicone ink and color paste is 365days.Avoid the prolonged exposure to sunlight to deteriorate/go bad,please store the silicone ink and colors in cool place.
