Problems and solutions encountered by Screen printing liquid silicone (Take screen printing silicone as an example of poor bonding)
*There are bubbles during screen printing silicone.
There are bubbles in the process of stirring the silicone ink base,catalyst,color pigment,you can put it into vacuum machine and vacuumize the mixing silicone ink for 8-10minutes.
If it's impossible to vacuumize the silicone ink,please use silicone ink thinner XG-128AH to dilute the silicone ink.After diluting the liquid silicone,the adhesion of the silicone to the bubbles is greatly reduced,and the speed of foaming is greatly accelerated.Hence,the bubbles can go out quickly.
When you meet bubbles during screen printing ink,you can bake the silicone ink at low temperature 80℃.The bubbles will go out easily during baking.
You can also adjust the speed of baking table oven to run quickly.
*Adhesion of silicone ink
Check the composition of fabric before screen printing,if the fabric is made of nylon,polyester,you need print undercoating silicone ink XG-360Z-3 or XG-180AB-1.
If it's water-proof fabric,you must use primer XG-110AB from XG silicone for undercoating before printing silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3 or XG-180AB-1.According to test result from YR and XG silicone ,we find the silicone product XG-180AB-1 is much better sticky force than another XG-360Z-3.
*Silicone poisoning
"poisoning" is common in fabrics made rubber or sulfide pigments.The reason is that the dyes and rubber used in farics may eat the catalyst of silicone ink during baking .Because less catalyst cann't make the silicone ink cured thoroughly.Hence,the silicone coating is sticky ,not dry.YR silicone and XG silicone have developed the self-dry silicone.It's able to be cured at room temperature.We recommend you natural dry silicone XG-20S-1,XG-20Z-1,glossy silicone XG-399-2,matte silicone XG-136M-1.
*Thin/thick of silicone ink
If the silicone ink is too thick/high viscosity,you can add the silicone ink thinner XG-128AH to the silicone ink by ratio 10%(by the weight of silicone ink base) and adjust the silicone ink viscosity into the workable viscosity you need.
Now on the market,more and more new products are introduced,and the emerging industry of silicone ink is slowly flying into ordinary family.

Because the composition of fabric is different,some fabrics are not firmly bonded to the silk screen silicone,so how should we solve the problem of poor adhesion of silicone ink?One best way is to print undercoating silicone ink XG-360Z-3 or XG-136AB.
