Ratio: 100g silicone adhesive: 5-6g catalyst
Screen printing silicone ink for two layers. Please flash every print layer for surface cure before next print layer.
2. High elastic silicone ink XG-866Q, catalyst XG-866B-2
Ratio: 100g silicone ink: 2-3g catalyst
Print the clear silicone ink for two layers. Please flash every print layer for surface cure before next print layer
3. Print color layer
High elastic silicone ink XG-866Q, catalyst XG-866B-2, pigment
Ratio: 100g silicone ink: 10g pigment: 3g catalyst
4. Screen printing silicone ink for glossy or matte finish
Glossy silicone ink XG-399HR+, catalyst XG-866B-2, sillicone reducer XG-128AH
Ratio: 100g silicone ink: 2-3g catalyst: 13g silicone reducer
Please start flash the glossy finish in five minutes after screen printing. You will get best 3D print.
After finished screen printing, please place the printed product in close oven for 15-20 minutes at 120℃.
