Screen printing flocking silicone tips:
*Mixing 100g XG-20000A with 150g XG-20000B and 50g XG-20000C,30g silicone reducer XG-128AH.
*Continuos printing two hits(two times).
*Flash-baking tips:the first hit need surface dry by flash at 100-120℃.After second hit,please start flocking with flock machine when the silicone ink is wet.
*Please bake the flocking silicone at 100-120℃ till it's completely cured .
*Please clean the remainder of flocking with vacuum cleaner.
*After 72hours,please do wast test.
