*Stencil
When doing silicone ink thick plate printing,the mesh number of mesh should be low and the tension should be high.In the case of machine printing silicone ink,multiple thick screen plates can be applied at one time,with a low-mesh base and a high-mesh cover,so that the thickening speed of silicone ink is fast,and the screen pattern caused by too low mesh can be solved,and a surface can obtain smooth HD print effect.
*Mesh distance,scraper/squeegee
The size of the screen distance,the strength of the return scraper and the hardness,angle,strength and speed of the printing scraper are factors that affect the printing silicone ink effect.The size of screen spacing will have a direct impact on printing silicone ink,especially when printing high density silicone ink.During production,you can adjust the mesh distance according to actural situation.The mesh spacing should be adjusted according to the surface thickness of silicone ink.
*Temperature
In the flash-baking position,it should not be too dry,and the surface of the silicone ink should not be sticky.Excessive drying may lead to separation between the silicone ink printing layer and printing ink layer.When heat setting is performed in an over-sized furnance,the printing effect of HD silicone ink will generally take longer than the ordinary silicone ink printing,such as glossy and matte,or anti-migration silicone ink,embossing silicone ink,heat transfer silicone ink.The general temperature 130-140℃ in the oven tunnel can meet the hardening requirements of silicone inks.
