How to print silicone ink screen printing
silicone screen printing ink is used to print the image on the fabric.The silicone ink screen printing has excellent anti-slip feature.Sportswear is printed with silicone for skid resistance.Screen printing silicone need several steps:
*print undercoating silicone XG-360Z-3(you can use another silicone product XG-136AB).
*Print silicone blocker XG-866F(it's black silicone blocker) if the fabrics has color migration.
*Print high density silicone XG-866AH,add 2%catalyst XG-866B-2,10% red pigment XG-302,10% silicone reducer XG-128AH(it can adjust viscosity of silicone ink to be workable for screen printing).
*Print glossy silicone XG-399-3 or matte silicone XG-866M.
*Bake the printed product with closed oven or tunnel oven at 130℃,5-10 minutes.

FAQ
Q: What's the screen printing tip about silicone screen printing ink on cotton?
A: Before silicone ink printing, please prepare silicone ink XG-866AH, silicone thinner XG-128AH, catalyst XG-866B-2, silicone pigment.
Fist step: mixed 100g silicone screen printing ink XG-866AH with 3g catalyst
Squeegee: rubber, 65-75degree
Mesh: 120 (48T)
Flash temperature: 120℃
Flash time: 10 seconds
Please print silicone ink lightly. You mush flash every print layer with table oven or dryer before screen printing next layer. After two print layers, please press the print layer by Heat Press machine (Press Temperature 180℃; Press Time: 12 seconds)
Second Step: Print color layer.Mixed silicone ink with 10% silicone pigment.
Print four layers.
Third Step: Print glossy or matte finish.
Last Step: Place the printed product in the closed oven by 100-120℃, 10-15 minutes.
